Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We can only accommodate early check-in and late check-out if we don't have a guest before/after your group.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.

Unfortunately, we are not PWD/Senior friendly. We have around 50 steps going down from the parking to the main house.

14 pax for entire place. We only allow up to 2 extra persons with additional fee of Php1,500 per head per night. Extra floor mattress will be provided.

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 1 night. No day tours.

Our beach front is rugged and is ideal for swimming during the months of October to June. White sand beaches are located in Sombrero Island, Masasa, Tingloy, etc. accessible via boat ride from our place.
